Birthday chair!
Lilliana's birthday present from Mommy and Daddy. She loved getting in and out of the chair, delighting in the fact that she could touch her feet to the ground.

Lilliana is a happy traveler!
We took Lilliana to Oklahoma City this past weekend for my sister's wedding. She was a dream on the plane and had so much fun. She likes to get people to look at her and then she starts hamming it up.

Feeling much better- both of us!
After battling a week's worth of fevers and sinus infections, Lilly and I are finally on the mend. It was nice to be home together. This weekend we went to Magnolia Park for a hayride (pic with Lilly in the swing). The lines were too long so we didn't get to go on the ride, but we had fun anyway. And we found a fun new park to go to.
These are some pictures of us playing on the couch. She is such a happy girl. I'm glad she is feeling better.
Our 5th Wedding Anniversary
Last weekend, John and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary. It couldn't be 5 years could it? We celebrated in Longboat Key. The plan was to be there all weekend, but Lilliana got sick with a fever so we headed back to be with her after being there for 24 hours. Oh well! We enjoyed our first night away and got in some R &R.
Mommy's Girls Night Out!
I went out last weekend for the first time since Lilliana was born with just the girls. I tagged along on a bachelorette party. We went to Taverna Opa and Howl at the Moon.

Mommy's little helper!
Today, Lilly helped mommy put up Halloween decorations! We're loving fall so far.

We got a taste of what it's going to be like 15 years from now... except mommy stayed right by her side and there were no keys in the ignition. She already seemed like she liked it a little too much. :)

Lilliana got a package in the mail from Gigi (Grandma Gayle) last week full of Halloween decorations and books!! Lilly entertained herself for awhile with these! Thanks Gigi.
